The event runs from Friday, December 4, to Sunday, December 6, 2026.
Friday, December 4:
Add-On Production Routine Rehearsal for Showcase with VIP Dancer Brunch.
VIP Celebration Party inside a Disney Theme Park.
Saturday, December 5:
Showcase Performance inside a Disney Theme Park. The Add-On Production Routine will be performed at this Showcase.
Sunday, December 6:
Parade Dress Rehearsal.
VIP Dancer Luncheon.
Parade down Main Street, U.S.A.® at Magic Kingdom® Park.

All dancers must be 10 years old by December 6, 2026 to perform.

3-Night Hotel Accommodations at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside.
Walt Disney World® Resort 3-Day Park Hopper Ticket (upgrades available).
Performance Elements:
Custom Dance the Magic Parade Performance down Main Street, U.S.A.® at Magic Kingdom® Park.
Performance in the Dance the Magic Showcase inside a Disney Park.
Parade Dress Rehearsal with the Dance the Magic Creative Team.
Dazzling Custom Parade Costume with Tights (shoes not included).
VIP Experiences & Souvenirs:
Dance the Magic VIP Celebration Party inside a Disney Theme Park.
VIP Dancer Luncheon.
Professional group & individual photo shoot with unlimited photo downloads.
Dance the Magic swag including a VIP Dancer Lanyard, Credential, Pin, & T-Shirt.
Digital Memory Video of the experience.
Transportation:
Custom motor coach transportation to Dance the Magic activities. Complimentary bus transportation is also available to and from all Disney theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs from Port Orleans Resort - Riverside.
Add-On: Production Routine (Ages 10 & Up)
This add-on features a custom routine performed by dancers from different studios at the Showcase on Saturday. (additional fee applies)
Requires tan jazz shoes for female dancers and black jazz shoes for male dancers.
Includes a mandatory group rehearsal on Friday with a VIP Dancer Brunch.

🗓️ Payment Schedule
Deposit Due: April 29, 2026 ($200 deposit per person)
Final Payment Due: August 5th, 2026
Enchanted Stage Rehearsal Fee (Non-Refundable) Due: August 16th, 2026 ($625.00 Per dancer)
🛑Late Fee Policy
A $50 late fee will be applied per person starting August 19th, 2026.
NEW POLICY: Dance the Magic will cancel any participants who are not paid in full by September 2nd, 2026. The standard cancellation fees will apply.
